CVTC is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to fill the position of Network Administrator.

General Summary:

Job duties focus around ensuring the wireless and data networks efficiency.  A large portion of this position involves installing, troubleshooting, as well as diagnosis and repair of company and/or customer networks.  Administrators are responsible for keeping networks operating at all times and ensuring all components of the network, both hardware and software, function together as designed.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Install, maintain, and coordinate company networks to support organizational needs.
  • Develop security procedures and respond to notifications to eliminate threats to network equipment.
  • Ensure network meets company needs for end-users by analyzing data traffic and monitoring network performance.
  • Implement network policies, procedures and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network problems.
  • Maintain current industry knowledge.

Minimal Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ successful network troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN design.
  • Knowledge in Fixed Wireless design.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF).
  • Skill in using network equipment such as routers, servers, switches, and modems.
  • Skill in problem solving and resolution.
  • Skill in reading and interpreting technical documents and information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritizes multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to function as a team player.
  • Excellent writing and speaking abilities.
  • Able to support on-call work on nights and weekends as needed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

CVTC is seeking a highly motivated individual focused on quality customer service to join our team to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist.

General Summary

Serves as primary point of contact for new customers. Assists customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, upgrades and disconnects. Completes paperwork for service applications and disconnects. Sells and promotes services of the company while dealing with new and existing customers.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides customer service by assisting customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects, service questions and concerns. Completes appropriate paperwork for service plan changes and disconnects.
  • Handles reconnects of services of customers with late payments. Performs collection functions on delinquent accounts.
  • Promotes and sells services to new and existing customers.
  • Develops and sends correspondence to customers including membership letters, welcome packets, etc.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of company products and services.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic cashiering practices.
