We’re aware some customers are experiencing dropped calls, and we’ve identified the issue as originating from another provider’s network. Specifically, most of these dropped calls are happening when mobile users call our landline customers, with calls disconnecting after a few minutes. We’re collaborating closely with the mobile provider to get this fixed, but the resolution depends on their actions.
